Christina and Jim were married on May 22nd, 2010 at The Kingston Plantation. To be honest, I completely forgot to post their little sneak peak. Three days before their wedding I sprained my lower back. Now I’ve hurt my back before, years of waiting tables and bartending will do that to you. But this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced pain wise. It had me down. Because of the nature of what I do, “calling out of work” was not an option. So armed with an electronic device attached to my waist continuously zapping the muscles of my lower back and an arsenal of ibuprofen and Aleve I got it done. Christina and Jim were extremely understanding. My only concern was because it was warm and I was a little sweaty that I might electrocute myself :) Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch. But the following two weeks of recovering from the sprain were brutal. Luckily I had one weekend off before all of my June weddings. With the help of my chiropractor, my yoga teacher and REST I was ready to go by June 5th. Keep an eye out for the full post of this wedding coming soon!! I hope everybody is having a great summer!
